8. Registration as a Healthcare Professional. Access to this Website is reserved for healthcare professionals. You agree to safeguard your login credentials and not to disclose or transfer your login credentials to others to facilitate unauthorized access to this Website. Servier Canada reserves the right to cancel any registration if Servier Canada discovers that your login credentials are being used by more than one person or have been given to another person, regardless of whether the other person actually uses them.

9. Monitoring. Servier Canada may monitor discussions and postings on this Website and other activities relating to this Website, and may intervene in relation thereto, but does not make any representation or warranty that it will do so. You consent to any such monitoring and intervention in the event that Servier Canada elects to do so.

13. Governing Law. This Website, its content and these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. You agree to be bound by such laws and to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec in connection with the interpretation or application of these terms.
